A seasoned communications professional with a rich international background, this individual's journey spans multiple cultures and continents.   Originall from France, Marie grew up between Dubai and Saudi Arabia where she developed a unique multicultural perspective from an early age.  Her academic pursuit led her to the American University of Dubai, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications, laying a solid foundation for her future career.  Upon graduation, she embarked on her professional journey at Red Havas, a global advertising and communications agency. Over the course of 11 years, she climbed the ranks, ultimately assuming leadership of the Beauty PR department. This extensive tenure provided her with invaluable insights into the beauty industry and honed her expertise in strategic communications.  Currently, she holds a prestigious position at Huda Beauty as the Global Communications Senior Director. She is responsible for crafting and implementing the brand's communication strategies worldwide including events, press relations, influencer marketing, CSR & Crisis Management. This role allows her to leverage her extensive experience in beauty communications and her deep understanding of diverse international markets.  Her career trajectory demonstrates a remarkable ability to excel in both agency and in-house environments, coupled with a specialized expertise in beauty industry communications at an international level. Her journey from the Middle East to a global leadership role exemplifies her adaptability, strategic thinking, and communication prowess in the ever-evolving world of beauty and marketing.
