Our goal is to enhance the performance of Publicis Groupe’s 11 agencies and drive growth for existing and new clients. We have managed to do this in spades, hitting an impressive win rate this year! But beyond this, our small team has always been focused on having an impact larger than ourselves. So, we launched the Growth Club, training and empowering the next generation of Power of One leaders and Growth practitioners across the Groupe. We kicked off the $2 Million challenge, bringing our best and brightest together to hunt for untapped potential. We are also developing the Lion X program, a world-first initiative from Publicis Groupe ME&T, to drive innovation at the speed of culture. All this and more, while having oodles of fun!
