The Talent Transformation team shifted from being a traditional HR function to a more strategic partner that drives business growth. This transformation allowed us to better support the business by aligning our efforts with its goals.

Through restructuring, we moved from a generalist HR approach to a specialized team divided into six verticals, each functioning as a centre of excellence. Each vertical drives its agenda, ensuring focused, impactful contributions to the broader talent transformation strategy. This restructuring empowered us to implement targeted solutions to address specific talent needs while feeding into our overarching vision. By aligning ourselves with business priorities, we've enhanced our ability to be more proactive, adaptive, and innovative, ultimately ensuring we are a core part of the organization's success. Our vertical approach ensures a deeper focus on key areas such as performance management, education, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and community and engagement, allowing us to provide more value to the business and position ourselves as a true talent-first organization.
