Sophie Simpson is the Managing Director and Founder of Atteline a Ruder Finn Company, a MENA-integrated communications agency in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, KSA and part of the Ruder Finn group.

Simpson believes leadership has two elements - at a high level, leadership is taking an idea and driving it forward; and at a local level, leadership is about bringing the people around you, with you; inspiring, supporting and motivating them to be better. Simpson founded Atteline to bring some of the values to the industry that are dearest to her. This includes developing long-term relationships, focusing on partnerships, and driving collaboration between clients and strategic partners, ensuring that what she and Atteline do means something to the community.
